Team Philadelphia is pleased to announce the organization’s Players of the Week for week ending September 22, 2019. The Players of the Week is a weekly feature during the 2019-20 regular season that recognizes top performing players for the Bantam, Midget and 18U levels. Only players that are recommended by their respective teams are considered for the Players of the Week award.

Midget 16A American Orange – First Star
Carson Cebul had a hat trick and an assist in Team Philadelphia’s Midget 16 A American – Orange’s 5-4 win over Genesis on Sunday, September 22.

Bantam AA – First Star
Zach Bennyoff, posted a hat trick against the LV Phantoms Youth to lead the Bantam AA team to a 4-1 victory on the phantoms.

Bantam A National Black – First Star
Tom O'Brien (30), Goaltender, five shut outs this season so far; most recently against Easton Hawks in EJ (2-0) game during this past weekend's showcase tournament at Igloo Ice Rink. EJ Season GAA of 1.80 with save pct. of 0.921.

Bantam A National Black – Second Star
Peter Boctor (90), Defenseman, anchors our defense and played a solid four games this weekend in EJ showcase against very competitive teams.

Bantam A National Black – Third Star
Dax Nguyen (57), Forward, five-point weekend in EJ Showcase including a hat trick in the first period of a game against York Devils to help lead the team to a 5-1 victory.

Bantam B National Black – First Star
Forward Darian Freed had three points (2 goals and 1 assist) in the team’s 5 – 2 win over the Delco Phantoms.
