Team Philadelphia is pleased to announce the organization’s Players of the Week for week ending February 10, 2019. The Players of the Week is a weekly feature during the 2018-19 regular season that recognizes top performing players for the Bantam and Midget levels. Only players that are recommended by their respective teams are considered for the Players of the Week award.

Bantam AA Player of the Week – Jimmy Jacobs, Forward
Jimmy scored a hat trick on Sunday as he and his teammates won 5 – 4 over the Philadelphia Revolution.

Bantam A National Player of the Week – Jonathan Holt – Forward
Jonathan started the season as a winger and moved to defense to help his team complete the pairings.  Being a natural winger, he took every advantage he could to move to wing when asked.  On Sunday, against the Hollydell Hurricanes, Jonathan got the chance to play winger and carried the team on his shoulders by scoring all four of his team’s goals, including the game tying goal with one second remaining on the clock.

Bantam B Orange Player of the Week – Zach Ruffenach – Forward
Zach had two points (1 goal and 1 assist) in his team’s 5 – 3 win over the Flyers Youth on Saturday.

Midget Player of the Week - No award
